I require a 50% deposit (non refundable) to book your date. It is recommended that you book your date as soon as possible after making your request. Your date must be booked by my required deadlines or I can not guarantee that I will have time to complete your request. I require a minimum 4 week notice on all Wedding Cakes and 3-D/Custom cakes (any cake with decoration outside the basic swirl) or decorated cookies. All other orders can usually be completed with a 1 week notice. If you need an order e-mail me at cakebooth@yahoo.com so I can look at my schedule and see if I can accommodate you. I strongly suggest that you place your orders early (before my minimum notice) in order to ensure availability.
The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event. This means that orders that only require 1 week notice need to be paid in full at time of booking.
You can pay via Paypal for an extra $2. My Paypal e-mail is dorothybooth@yahoo.com Please note the extra fee is due to the fees imposed by Paypal for using their service to pay for services or goods. Please do not send money as a personal gift to avoid the extra fee. There is no payment protection using this method.
Most cakes will also have an additional equipment deposit added to them. I will let you know when ordering if this applies to your order. The equipment deposit will be returned to you when all of the rented equipment has been returned in the original condition. If equipment is not returned the deposit will be used to replace the missing equipment. Equipment covered under this includes but is not limited to the following:
* Plastic cake plates
*Stacking dowels (plastic)
*Cake or Cupcake stands
Cakes:
Cakes start at $1.50 per serving as determined by the cake sizes that will closest meet the design and quantity needs of the customer. Serving sizes are determined by the Wilton wedding cake cutting guide. This base price is for cakes decorated with a basic border. Specialty designs and figures are an additional charge. Fondant covered cakes are an extra $0.50 per serving.
3-D and all carved cakes have a minimum purchase of $55.00 due to the extensive nature of the design.
Cupcakes:
Cupcakes are $1.00 each for a butter cream swirl. Filled or specially decorated cupcakes are $1.50 each. All cupcakes require a 1 dozen order minimum for each flavor.
Due to copyright liabilities I am not able to produce commercially licensed characters to any of my cakes. I can design a cake that will emulate the mood, feel and color scheme of the licensed character and if you choose you can add toys that you have purchased to decorate the cake.

Cruffles:
Cruffles are $15.00 per dozen. Cruffle pops (cruffle on a stick) are $20.00 per dozen. Minimum 2 dozen purchase required for all cruffle orders. Cruffles are approximately the size of a golf ball.
Brownies:
Plain Chocolate or Blonde brownies are $12 per tray. Each tray cuts into 12 (3x3 inch) brownies. Plain brownies can be dusted with powdered sugar upon request and come either with walnuts or without.
Deluxe brownies are $15 per tray. These brownies are the plain brownies that have special toppings or mix-ins.
Cookies:
Minimum 2 dozen purchase required for each flavor cookie.
Chocolate Chippers, Oatmeal Raisin, Cinnamon Sugar Doodle are $7.00 per dozen.
Maple Glazed Sugar cookies are $8.00 per dozen.
Fondant Topped Sugar Cookies (3 inch average size) (various shapes) are $12.00 per dozen.
Delivery:
Delivery in Hebron, Buckeye Lake, Heath and Newark is FREE with a $40 purchase. Otherwise there is a $.50 per mile delivery fee. Delivery is REQUIRED for all Wedding Cakes, Sculpted/3-D cakes, and any cake that can not travel assembled (most tiered cakes must be delivered).
