Cruffles:

Cruffles are the best of both worlds. They are decadent moist cake and either icing or filling encased in a chocolate shell. Cake + Truffle = Cruffle! Can be made in any of the above cake/filling/icing combinations from above, then dipped in either white, milk or dark chocolate.

Specialty Cakes:

Tequila Sunrise: Orange/Tequila flavored cake filled with Cherry Butter cream.

German Chocolate: Chocolate cake filled and topped with Coconut Pecan and iced with Chocolate Butter cream icing.
